together with a selection of the best black truffle "Tuber Aestmum Vittad", characterized

by its peculiar and extremely pleasant aroma.

Truffle Seasoning La Chinata has a sweet nuance and is ideal for a multitude of recipes and widely used in haute cuisine, thanks to its characteristic and penetrating flavor, which offers a unique experience on the palate.

The Tuber Aestmum Vittad variety is also known as the summer truffle.

Its appearance is black or a black with brown and somewhat shiny tones and its size can reach up to 7mm.

This small fungus, which lives associated with the roots of some trees, mainly holm oaks, has great gastronomic value

and high fiber content, as well as it’s also a source of iron and potassium.

Truffle Seasoning La Chinata pairs perfectly with many recipes of red meat, eggs, pasta,

sauces, pizzas, risottos, vegetables, potatoes and foie gras.
